The Udaipur palace is located in the heart of city Udaipur. The Udaipur palace is very famous travel place of Udaipur In Rajasthan. udaipur city palace is surrounded by fort walls and it is the largest palace complex of this type in Rajasthan .The construction of udaipur palace was started by Maharana Udai singhji. To entry in the udaipur Palace 1st Hathi Pol comes and then Bari Pol brings us to Tripolia gate of city palace.

There are many Balconies and towers are in the udaipur palace which gives a wonderful view of the lake and the udaipur city. At The Mor Chawk glass peacock is made who decorate this area and The Sheesh Mahal of udaipur palace have nice mirror art work. There are many gardens and fountains in city palace .There is a Hawa Mahal also which is the palace of air. The Surya Chopar also take main part of the palace because of Mewar dynasty belongs to sun. A big part of the city place has become a museum where many antique items like weapons are available for display. There is a Ganesh Deori also that means the door of Lord Ganesh . Moti Mahal or we can say pearl palace has beautiful mirror work on it .The rooms of the city place is very beautiful and well decorated by nice glass work and tiles and various paintings. There is a manak Mahal also which is very looks good and decorated well.

The Krishna Vilas is also a very beautiful place, and there are many miniature paintings showing royal processions and festivals of the Maharanas of Udaipur. There are Some beautiful paintings in the Zenana Mahal also . The Lakshmi Chowk is also a beautiful place. There are many antique furniture in the city palace of udaipur. The Amar Vilas which is the highest point has exquisite hanging gardens with fountains and terraces who gives a beautiful view of the city udaipur and Pichola lake. There is a Bhim Vilas also where the stories of Radha and Krishna painted on the walls of palace. There are no words to define the bountifulness of city palace of Udaipur . It is so beautiful historical palace .
